Where will the Spotlight Shine?

So we made it through our first month of SpotOnLI. The festivals were jamming, the beer was flowing and we cooked up a storm. Ok, so we didn’t have the traditional Long Island weather for summer but its August and it’s now hot! Go grab a cold drink and sink your teeth into more of Teanna’s delicious recipes. Try the Sautéed Shrimp with Leeks and Bacon with a Cauliflower Puree it’s summery and delicious.

For all you music enthusiast, HippieFest is coming to town August 9th at the Brookhaven  Amphitheater and the Showbiz Wizard will be there!

We will also be reviewing Dave Diamonds new cd.  Dave is a multi-talented drummer, guitarist, singer and best of all a great songwriter. He also works with Long Island’s own Victoria Faiella.

Speaking of tours we’ll be touring Sannino’s Bella Vita Vineyard to learn about how to make our own wine. I would love to have my own wine but I can assure you my next tour will of the local AA. We will be visiting one of our favorite pubs, Grumpy Jacks to chow down on Wings, Burgers and Beer!
