George Martin Group, a multi-concept restaurant group, owns and operates four restaurants on the south shore of Nassau County. The flagship restaurant, George Martin the Original, an award winning American Bistro, is located in Rockville Centre. Grillfire, a popular priced, casual, upscale American grill featuring an eclectic variety of steaks, chops, seafood, salads and burgers, currently has three locations – Merrick, Rockville Centre and Long Beach.
The George Martin Group recently opened Strip Steak, located in Great River, NY in Suffolk County. Strip Steak appeals to those discerning diners who appreciate a true upscale steakhouse experience.
